This offer is for a very rare National Award consisting of a WOODEN BASKET FORM from the year 1989 for the Bankers Waste Basket and the JW Banker’s Waste basket with protector. The very rare WOODEN BASKET FORM was awarded to me on stage one of the years that I was #1 in Sponsoring for the Longaberger Company. It is the ONLY time in my 25 years as a consultant that I remember Longaberger awarding a basket FORM to anyone so it is VERY RARE. I was the only one to receive this basket form so it is very rare. The basket form was the “mold” or “form” used in the factory. The weaver would attach the form to his/her work station and then weave around the form to make that particular basket. In this case the 1989 Bankers Waste Basket. The form was attached to a wooden award base but could be unscrewed to detach that portion (as you really don’t need the base with my name). The base with my name has scratches that occured during our last home relocation. Also included is the JW Collection BANKER’S WASTE BASKET with PLASTIC PROTECTOR and original Product card in envelope. This basket is Brand NEW. Both the form & the basket have been stored in our smoke & pet free home. I was a Longaberger consultant for 25 years and will be listing several Longaberger products as I prepare to downsize and relocate to our retirement home in the near future.
