These American baskets are made by The Longaberger Company, by hand in Dresden, Ohio. They created Handwoven Baskets out of Hardwood Maple sourced from the US from 1973 to 2018 and are quality baskets made to last for years and, if cared for properly, can be passed to later generations. This basket is stained with the classic Longaberger stain color, and, when complete and inspected, they are branded with the Longaberger logo, signed, and dated by the artisan who created them on the bottom. Some of the older baskets have been branded with the Longaberger Barn in addition to the logo. This basket has stood the test of time and will continue to mature over time with proper care. Please note that as with any pre-owned item this basket may show signs of wear. Baskets should be cleaned gently with a brush like a pastry brush or light cleaning brush to remove any dust or surface dust. Any surface marks could be gently wiped with a wood soap and damp cloth or just damp cloth. Plastic Protectors should be hand washed in warm soapy water and hand dried as well as the Liners or Wood Dividers to ensure they retain shape and size.
