Iron does have some surface scratches and dust accumulation in crevices. The measurements provided are taken when basket and stand are together, not just of the pieces on their own. No chips or cracks on basket. Included is a lid, which fits basket well, but the lid does feel a little STICKY when touched. Please view all photos.
